Just Take a Class
We鈥檝e updated the admission process for non-degree-seeking students. Please follow
the steps below to complete your application. If you experience any issues with the application portal, try resetting the system through the "forgot password" function (even if you don鈥檛

If you would like to take a class at UAA and are not seeking to complete a degree, you are considered a non-degree-seeking student. The following guidelines are for those who are 18 years old or older and not currently attending high school.
Admission Requirements
Anyone may take classes at UAA. For those looking to just take a class and who are not pursuing a degree, there are no GPA or transcript requirements.
Important Dates
Non-degree-seeking students follow the same enrollment dates and deadlines as other
students.

Important Considerations
- Non-degree-seeking students are not eligible for financial aid.
- Grades you receive as a non-degree-seeking student will appear on your official transcript, should you decide to later apply as a degree-seeking student.
- Non-degree-seeking students may audit a class; you must request this by the add/drop deadline.
- Non-degree-seeking students are responsible for their tuition costs and all associated fees, including the mandatory , which provides access to a variety of services such as recreational use of the fitness facilities in the Seawolf Sports Complex, reduced ticket prices to musicians and comedians, and free office visits at the Student Health and Counseling Center.
Senior Citizens
- UAA waives regular tuition for 熊猫在线视频 residents age 65 or older who register on a space available basis.
- Students utilizing the Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver may not register before the first day of instruction of the semester.

Application Checklist
Complete a UAA Admission Application
The online application takes about 15鈥30 minutes to complete and is free. You will apply to UAA as a 鈥渘on-degree-seeking鈥 student.
You will create an account that will let you save your application and log back in any time to complete your application.
Submit Additional Documentation (if necessary)
Senior Citizens
To waive the cost of tuition, you must submit the after registering. You must submit this form every semester you would like to waive the cost of tuition.
