She's currently an Advancement Officer at I岣穒sa摹vik College and said UAA's School of Social Work set the foundation for her career. "I鈥檝e always wanted to be in a profession that helps others. I knew during the Introduction to Social Work course that it was the right field for me."

UAA鈥檚 College of Health participated in Juneteenth and Pride events this June. Hundreds of families and friends gathered to enjoy live music and explore booths from local businesses and artists.
